I'm pretty excited. I hear its just 3 questions they ask about the government which I'm fairly familiar with. Been in the US for 27 of my 28 years and finally making it official. All of my family members are citizens (thanks dad & mom for getting your citizenship AFTER I turn 18).

i had to answer 10 questions. very easy stuff.

i got 1 wrong: Who was Martin Luther King Jr? my answer: an African American civil rights leader. the lady said he was a civil right leader for ALL races, not just for African Americans. i didn't bother aruging that i could have meant he was an African American who also happened to be civil rights leader. anyways, good luck

You're both right. Your answer implies neither that he only fought for civil rights only for AA's nor that he was an AA fighting for civil rights. It's an ambiguous answer. Oh well. Congrats. 😀

Man, talk about political correctness... glad you passed, though 🙂

Good luck. Just passed mine in May.
You gotta get 6 out of 10 questions right. In my case the officer stop asking after 6 questions since I got them all (it's not hard when you know the 95 question pool). The interview took less than 10 minutes, most of it verifying the info I put in the application.

And the original 13 colonies question is not officially in the pool anymore.

True or False: Jesus is the one and only true god.

Get that one wrong and it's back to Canada with you.
