My haircutter invited me to some bar w/ live music.. I was thinking brown pants (from express.. kind of like dress pants..) with a nice button up shirt..

Wear a white cotton suit with a pastel tank top, shoes with no socks, sunglasses, and use a LOT of gel to slick back your hair.

Women will find you irresistable- trust me on this.
 
untucked, so what if you're overdressed? Everyone is always concerned about blending in. How about blending out for a change? The ladies will definitely notice you, that is unless you seem uncomfortable with not being like the rest of the crowd. Being uncomfortable will work against you.
