Going to sleep overnight in my car in Compton. Where should I park?

So I have an early meeting in some place in Compton (SP?) Los Angeles. They aren't paying me for this stupid trip so I don't want to stay in some fucking hotel for 1 day just so I have to drive all the way back up here. Figure I'll drive down the day before do some sight seeing and sleep overnight in my car, go to the meeting and drive back that same day. Anyone know of any place in Compton I can park my car for the night?

Oh and since I'll be gone for 2 to 3 days is there some one close by here who would be willing to look after my pet baby bunny for a few days while I'm gone?
