Should be cool. Got free tickets from the radio station.

This will probably be the biggest concert I've ever been to.

I've seen at least 500 bands live but all have been in clubs or small venues.

Never been to an arena type show. This was supposed to be at an
amphitheater but was rescheduled to an arena.

Anyways, hope it's fun.

I think only the original singer died.

He's replaced by his son who supposedly sounds just like him.

He was replaced by his brother, not his son.

I haven't heard much of their new stuff, but I do remember hearing that they went pretty heavy with the Toby Keith-style bomb-Iraq type of stuff after 9/11.

Git ready to rock, and bring ear protection. I'm not kidding...really. They have had some above average albums (the past 2) and it should be a good concert. I saw them in '99 in Wisconsin and they blew doors down. Yankees didn't know how to handle the Skynyrd. If you love classic rock and triple guitar solos you will be in for a treat.

They will be loud as F.

Awesome, just heard them in concert last summer at our local music festival. Nothing like hearing Free Bird live...

awesome. I don't like the new vocalist, but if they did Freebird, I'd go just for that :)
