Going to purchase a two network card kit.

I am going to purchase a network card kit to run with two desktop PC,s Is there anything I should look out for or will any kit from Best Buy etc work ok. I noticed the prices are all over the place.

I got the Linksys 5 port switch kit (with 2 nics inside) for about 80 bucks at onvia.com, and it is working flawlessly.
