Going to my first Krav Maga class

So I'm going to my first Krav Maga class to try it out and see if I want to sign up. Hopefully it's the real deal and not just a fitness place.

Been looking for a good place to learn both striking and ground work and the head instructor at this location looks to be well versed in both. He used to be in the Isreali Military and trained in Vale Tudo.

I went to a class here in San Antonio, some friends of mine go there - it kicked my butt! They are the real deal tho, grappling, striking, etc. I'll go back when I'm not working so much....

All the krav around here is cardio kickboxing. I tried 3 places before giving up on it. Then I found my bjj/boxing/judo gym. I"m a happy guy.
