going to meet the super intendant for my new house, what questions to ask?

So what are some questions to ask , this will be the first time I meet him

Ask him where the hot chicks hang out.

Ask how the neighbors are, who are the loudest. It turns out my "super intendant" (sorry I just had too) loves AC/DC blasting it through my floor (he's below me).

Do a detailed walk-thru of your new place first. Before you move any furniture in, if you find something, point it out to him/her. If your superintendent says he'll fix something, get it in writing. If you have a digital camera, take a few photos befor you move-in too, just for reference.
