Confidence without arrogance.
If you can pull that off, you'll get the job.

Clean your fingernails and trim them
Press your clothes
Wear nice shoes
Use a tic-tac
Print your resume on cotton paper - not copy paper
Get a haircut
Shave
Take a shower
Have a firm non-wuss handshake.
Make sure your handshake is dry - not moist.
Speak proper English, enunciate correctly
Use deoderant
Don't use strong aftershave or cologne
Don't ride to the front door on a bicycle, if you bike park it around the side.
Do seem interested.
Do make eye contact.
Do make sure you cleaned the sleep out of your eyes.
Make sure there are no large nose hairs sticking out. . .
Don't tell stupid jokes.
There should be more, but hat will be a good list to get you started![]()

Interview for radio shack takes like 5 minutes. They just ask if you are willing to work and sell.
<--- Use to work for radio shack and had a few friends who were store managers.

If the interviewer jokingly says that he wants you to calculate pi to 100 places, don't do it, he's just joking. I had that happen to me once and I think I disturbed the guy a bit when I actually did it and wrote it down for him just in case he wanted to verify it.

Not to the interview but they do ask you to wear khakis and collared shirt to work but it doesn't hurt to wear the same to the interview.
Didn't enjoy the job too much, but if you work at a good store you can be making a lot in spiffs.

Spiffs are items that you sell and get money for. Such as cell phones, for everyone you sell, you get 15 - 20 dollars (depending on the seasons).
