My wireless connection on my PC keeps dropping, and I've tried different channels and am using WPA encryption. It seems to work fine on my laptop though.

So I'm going to hardwire my PC to the router instead of keeping it wireless - so do I just need RJ45 Cat 6 cable? I have linksys wireless G router and card....

Basically want to know what cable to get, and where can i get it cheap?

You only need cat5e, but cat6 is worth modest amounts more money. You'll get the same speed, but cat6 has better signal quality / noise rejection properties.
