I am going to pick up the SK6+ from svc.com, since it is on sale, plus I can do will call since I am in the San Jose area. Now, I need someone to help me find a good 60mm fan to go with this heatsink. Best scenario of course is if I can find one from svc.com, but their selection isn't that great for 60mm fans. Is there one that you guys would recommend? I want good cooling, but low noise is really important to me. I do not want a loud AMD system. If svc.com doesn't have one, which one would you recommend?

I'm using the one at 32db I think. It'll definitely keep you awake throughout the night if you're planning on not shutting down.

That would defeat the purpose of getting a high CFM fan right?? :D I need the high air flow or else my CPU would overheat. I'm hovering at 57C IDLE. :(

Athlon Tbred 2100+, plan to overclock it, but not crazy overclocking. I want a stable system, which will be more important than squeezing everything I can out of the CPU. If I can, I just want to run the 2100+ at 166MHz. This might sounds like a total newb questions, but would something like this work?

BTW, I just realized this would be better in the case and cooling forum... sorry

I read about and saw pictures of an 80mm fan on the sk6+. You just rotate it 1/4 turn so that the corners hang off the heatsink and it works with the stock clips that come with the sk6+. I would recommend the 80mm ys-tech variable speed fan at svc. I have the SmartCaseFan2 but its loud if it goes over 2500rpm. The ys-tech is quieter.
