This all depends on your interests and where you're from, too. Definitely opt for some good deep dish pizza, though.

cubs and/or sox game, field museum, shedd aquarium, millenium park, navy pier...all downtown. Since you're in BG, you're probably better of taking the Metra downtown, unless you can expense the $30-40 cab ride :D

damn, i thought you might lend her to me for a while.. ;)

i'm from san francisco, so i'm guessing the things will be relatively different.. i'll be workign a lot, so i don't know how much time i'll be spending out and about.. i guess if i had a tour guide or something, i'd be more inclined to go do something.. umm.. i like pretty much anything.. the king tut thing sounds cool.. i kinda want to do touristy stuff.. like see the cool things of the city or the surrounding area.. and of course bring home lots of goodies

i'll visit you guys.. pizza's on me!

i'll have a rental car.... gas paid by the company... hell, i may even have an extra bed in my hotel room if someone wants to crash in a hotel room for some retarded reason... unless you're a serial killer, in which case, that's not cool... is parking ridiculous out there?

Then you definitely should check out the downtown/loop area, especially at night. Nothing beats the Chicago skyline :D

In downtown, you're probably looking at a minimum of $10 for 8 hour slots at garages during business hours (limited street parking). After 5, you may be able to find street parking, and there are shuttles tourists can take around that area.

parking isn't bad at all unless you are close to downtown chicago or in it... but suburb like bufflo grove isn't crowded at all...

Just spent Memorial Day weekend there.

Must eats: Weber Grill on Ohio St just off Michigan Ave. Beer Can Chicken is damn tasty

Clubs: If your a danceing machine who loves good club music give SoundBar a try. We went to Vision and SoundBar was much better.

Enjoy a walk along the gold-coast area off Michigan Ave along the beaches. Hotties everywhere. Stroll through Lincoln Park and hit up the Boutique shopping places as well.
