I'm guessing it'll take me 3 hours to convince the customer service people in India that I do not want their crap service anymore.

Hopefully I can cancel it after telling them no a few thousand times

(I signed up last week cause cable was down).

That's was a mistake. Why didn't you just use something like Netzero for a week. Ad's, but free. Good luck.

I cannot think of an excuse. Everything I say they have a solution for it. I don't like AOL "oh I am sorry to hear. may I ask why? ok try it for 3 months on us and see if you change your mind".

you dont have to explain why you dont want tehir shity product, you just have to tell them that YOU DONT WANT IT. telling your cc to cancel bills is a good idea too. on another note: why would you ever think of joining aol?

I always read that telling them you're moving out of the country for a couple years is the fastest way to get them to shut up.
