Going to buy a Matrox video card...

Which one would run Counter-Strike at 60+ frames per second? Want to buy something to use in my 2nd computer and at least be able to play CS and maybe MS Flight 98 or 2000 for another family member.

*EDIT* Oh yeah... I decided I want a Matrox card because I want to see if it's 2D capabilities are as awesome as everyone claims.

I think the G400Max would do that, it was the fastest card up until the Parhelia came out and IIRC it's not too much slower now. And it's way cheaper if you can find a used one in the forums.

Ok, he knows it has good 2D quality above ATI and Nvidia but he wants to give it a shot. If you really want to earn a name at these forums, you'll have to be a little more helpful. A person doesn't grow from criticising, but rather from helping others find ways around their troubles.

I found a G450 for $50 in FS... waiting to see if the owner has anything to say about it's CS performance.
