Going to build a new system

I am going to build a new computer with the following

DFI Lanparty UT NF3 250GB
AMD 3000+ 754pin cpu
Antec SLK3700AMB case
1 gb of Corsair value memory (2 x 512mb)
EVGA FX5200 128mb video card

I am going to cut out the front and back fan grills and put in UC-12FAB-B 120mm Enermax adjustable fans.

What is this going to be used for? Get an ATI Radeon 9200 instead of the 5200

I hardly ever play games. And it will be a big step up from my geforce 256 with sdram.
