Going to a "Greek" party

No, not a college Greek party. Just a party with some of my girlfriend's friends and significant other's from her college days. Food has to be Greek-themed, aka something people in Greece eat.

I do American. Not Greek. So surely (don't call me Shirley!) someone has a recipe of some sort that is easy to do. Part of a kinda pot-luck dinner. Can be a snack too.

Gimme your recipe or link!

And no, we are not wearing toga's.

Just spray some Windex on on a plate.

But seriously, you can make a quick and dirty tapenade by grinding kalamata olives in a food processor with some feta cheese and maybe a bit of lemon juice.

Break up pita bread brushed with olive oil and toast in the oven.

Stuffed Grape Leaves is one of my favorites.

If you have a local population of gyrobeasts, you could go hunting and make delicious pita sandwiches...
