Going to a different mobo, cpu, and ram from a old pc with Windows 10 installed how ?

I know I need to buy a new Windows 10 but which version of Windows 10 will allow me to use it on any amount of PCs or is there none? I see the OEM and full version of Windows 10 Pro on Newegg.

Would like to do this for the future when I upgrade my mobo, cpu and ram again whenever need be.

All consumer version of Win 10 are usually attached to the Mobo.

If you upgrade other parts of the Computer it will be OK.

If you need to change Mobo, you have to call MS Support and Hopefully they would accept your explanation and grant you new Activation..

If you by the Full/FPP/Retail version, it allows you to move the license to new machines.

If you buy the OEM/SystemBuilder version it is tied to hardware its installed on, and microsoft terms the motherboard as the hardware.
although people have moved the os to a new machine when upgrading and it activates fine, technically you are violating the licensing agreement

This is part of the reason why the price is different
