any program available for windows that will show how much traffic has gone through my pc that doesnt take up too many resources. Also, how many people can play on a cs server, and how many max people can play on a q3 server at one time?
 
If you have everything from the Windows disk installed, then under system tools under accessories there should be network monitor which will work for what you need it to do.
