Going through Steam, any way to reach CS ATOT server?

Sorry I am a noob to steam, but I cant find where to type in the ip adress within steam to get to the server.

hit the ` (tilde) (~) key, type "connect", then type in the ip addy.

Or you can go into your favorites and right-click to add a server by IP. That way, Steam will save the server in your favorites list and you won't have to connect via command-line each time you want to play.
