Essentially, you should get to a weight that you're comfortable with (in your performance and aesthetics). Most people who start losing weight aren't comfortable at a BMI of 20 because they're too skinny. I mean, I'm relatively skinny and my BMI is 23.9. Don't set a weight goal and don't set a BMI goal. Set aesthetic goals and performance goals. Everything else you've wanted will come with that.
