hey eveyone,

I have done lots of research but now i am just looking for completely biased, unadulterated opions. I am going shopping (relitively speaking....probably on-line) today for some system components. Looking for either a Atholon/DDR Ram solution or a P4/RDRam or SDRam solution. The system will have at least 512 mb of Ram, possibly 1.0 gb. I am also looking for a good video card. Video card applications - fair amount of 3d and large amount of 2d CAD work. This is a CAD machine and stability is key. Overclocking is NOT a major concern. Going to be running Winblows 2000. Thanks for any help.

Hello, since you have already done the research, go with your instincts. The replies you will get a purely subjective anyhow. If you want my .02 cents, look at the rigs in my sig and draw a conclusion.
