Going RAID 0, what to do with my 37GB Raptor?

So for the longest time I had a 160GB IDE drive to store games on, and used a 37GB Raptor as my Windows partition. Now that I'll have around 700GB of RAID'd space I'm wondering if I should keep Windows on my Raptop of start with a fresh installation and run it on my RAID array.

use it for the boot drive? you don't need much more then that and it will be quick.
