I have formally, officially and permanently banned and blacklisted the
Axis of Evil of the Internets

Namely in this order, Google, Yahoo, Live, myspace, Facebook. (and Gmail, Youtube, Flickr, etc)

I need a way to still function so besides cuil and gigablast can anyone recommend good alternative search engines, good alternative email address etc

that actually have a privacy policy and isn't a straight backdoor to the NSA and the uncle?

I'm dead serious this is not a joke, I've decided to take this path because right now today I finally woke up and awakened and realized that principles do matter and for here on out I will always be "true" to myself, so i am doing this with or without your help, but with your ideas and help I will get furthur sooner...

So thanks if anyone can give ideas to alternatives to the BIG business guys that we so blindly depend upon these days.

Ironically, your attempt to go "off the radar" put you squarely on my moderator radar. IP address logged, monitoring your posts, etc. -Anandtech Moderator DrPizza

Forum have my IP is different than me using trusting and living my GMAIL day and night and storing my lifes work and documents and private thoughts on Google services....

You can't compare apples to oranges this way...

I am no criminal, I just want REAL privacy

If you want real privacy go find a hole, in the woods, far away, and sit there.

Is not that like saying the only way to be safe is never to go outdoors?

Someone please give me real alternatives to cut off as much of my digital trail on the internets as possible, especially with regards of public evil number #1 = Google

I'm NOT BANNED by google, I am BANNING GOOGLE from myself.
I will not be another SHEEPLE of the massess

I vow for the rest of my life never to use a google service or google owned
service again. I am effective going off of Google's Grid first and foremost.

If you need some pointers, consult Lee Child's Reacher series of novels, as well as F. Paul Wilson's Repairman Jack series. Both feature main characters (ironically both named Jack) who live off of the grid.
