Going Hawaii tomorrow, any ideas for activities?

Going to stay around Waikiki for 5 days 4 nights. I have plan dolphan experience on friday morning and Paradise cove luau on sat night. Any other fun activities? anybody know where to find map of the big island thats shows street name and attractions?
