Going from Ti4200 to 9600XT. Any diffs in power dissipation?

I have a lowly 240w PS powering an athlon64 3000+, Ti4200, 80gb 7200rpm sata drive, 512mb ddr400 ram, and a DVDRW drive. Granted, this is a Shuttle XPC power supply, so its not a cheapo one.

Now I just ordered an Elsa* 9600XT ViVo video card, and was wondering if this card needs more power than a Ti4200. My friend's 9600 non pro came with a passive heatsink, so I'm guessing these 9600 cores dont need too much power. But then again, mine is an XT with ViVo.

Which actually brings me to my primary question. My Ti4200 gets really hot without active cooling. Is there anyone here who is running a 9600xt on passive cooling? And does anyone know the exact TDP of the 9600xt chips?

*Check out newegg's Elsa "Falcox" 9600xt vid card. The heatsink has a rather attractive cg female on it. Never really thought cg characters were good looking (i.e dawn, dusk, ruby, etc), but this one looks very nice. Atleast to me.
