Going from P5K-E to GA-EP45-UD3P

Is this a decent upgrade? I wasn't all too satisfied with my P5K-E (non wifi edition), due to relatively weak overclocks. Should I expect better things from the UD3P?

What else would anyone recommend? Any other good boards to consider?

don't give up on the P5K-E i had one and clocked my 8400 to 3.6Ghz stable at low voltages. I think I was at 1.066 @ load & stable

help me help you, what is in your machine like for instance, see my sig.... the vid card doesn't matter, but cpu, ram & ram speed.... ; I use to have an 80mm fan blowing on the NB to keep it cool, it sat neatly on top of my vid card
