Going from BlackBerry to iPhone and Android

My company is switching from BB to iPhone. If you can make a case, they will let you get an S4.
Of course no prior thought went into this. Losing the ability to PIN (need "secure" communications) and display our flash based GIS intranet sites is becoming an issue.
Most people want the iPhone without giving any thought to it's capabilities. Now they are freaking out because they can't PIN.
Any apps that "emulate" a BB for Apple or Android?

I didn't know. Hence my request for help. That's how tech forms used to work.
