going from 2.4-->2.8 worth it?

Hey, I can get a pretty cheap trade w/ a guy who doesn't want his 2.8 chip. Is it worth it to upgrade? I some gaming but mainly web and Mp3's. It's a B chip, is it worth it?

well it depends...what kind of 2.4 do you have? if you already have a C, then there's no sense in downgrading to a B...
