OK, I am going for it going to buy the Thermalright Sk6 from crazypc.com with the delta 38 cfm. What al do I need to replace my heatsink fan. Heatsink/fan, thermalgrease, etc., etc.....

A heatsink, a fan, some Artic Silver.

Tools I use:
cut up credit card to spread artic silver (use factory cut edge of CC to spread its flat and striaght)
Alcohol & q-tips to clean your current grease off
paper towel to lay used credit card pieces and used q-tips on

do you want to get thermal grease on a cc that you use?

ahhh, ok can I just use a debit card that I never use and not cut it up?

Is it hard to take the old heat sink off, or does it just pull right off when I release the clip?

once you release the clip(s) it comes right off... make sure you clean all the thermal interface on the cpu before installing a new hsf
