rig:
Abit NF7 Rev 2.0
XP1700 0310
SLK800 + 92MM
Radeon 9500>9700 (softmod)
Antec Lanboy w/350W Smartpower PSU

Ram that I'm considering: (my goal is to stay below $120)

Palmtree PC Winbond 5NS 512MB PC3200 - $90
TwinMos Winbond 5NS PC3200 - $122 (ouch!)
Corsair XMS PC3200C2 512MB - $110 (I heard this stuff uses 6NS ram, is it still good?)
KomUSA PC3200 Diamond grade 512mb- $85

I'm using that PalmPC stuff, Its running quite well. Chugging along at 177mhz FSB @ CAS2. FSB won't go any higher w/o increasing cpu voltage, so I really can't test it to its limits.

As always, I do recommend brand name memory. I bought this stuff because it seemed fast, and I was on a budget. I know the risks of cheap memory, and I still proceeded.

If you have any questions about the PalmPC memory, just give a quick reply, and I'll try my best. Goodluck deciding.

I have no problem running 426 MHz / 2-6-2-2 / 2.7v (ABIT NF7-S V.2.0) with the PalmtreePC 512MB Winbond BH-5 sticks. (Both installed)

I am currently testing two 256MB sticks of TwinMos Winbond BH-5 @ 451MHz / 2-6-3-3 / 2.8v in my BH7.

Both of the above results are Memtest86 stable. (10 loops all 11 tests)

EDIT: Added bold text...

I honestly have no idea.

I bought it from a member in this forum.

Call them up and ask? I hear there return policy is pretty good, heres the original thread, lots of results, comments, and stuff regarding the return policy here.

Good luck.
