Going crazy picking a motherboard!

I just have no idea what motherboard to get! I want to uae a Athlon 64 3200 or 3500+ BASED ON THE NEW VENICE CORE.

First of all I will not be over clocking! And I also want to run a quiet system. And from what I have heard the Nforce4 chipsets are way to noisy. And I also need firewire on the board. I will not be needing SLI! Now I also have seen on alot of the boards that the Video Card will over lap the chipset fan. Is that ok or could that cause a problem? I just don't no what to do. And Stable is a must!

the new DFI boards are very stable, they should also be fully venice ready. Replace the chipset fan with a passive heatsink and all will be well
