OK!! LET ME SEE IF I GET THIS STRAIGHT:

(For AMD)
If I want to unlock the multiplier, I have to connect my L1 Bridges?

Then, If I want to change my multiplier, I have to have a multiplier changing mobo OR play around with my L6 Bridges?

To change my voltage, I have to alter the L7 bridges?

Something off to the side:
If I use the pencil trick, could I erase it with an eraser and redo it (In case i mess up and wrong)

Yes you would have to use a pencil (or window defogger kit) to unlock your cpu on the L1 bridges. Depending on your motherboard..... if you have a good mobo, you can change the multiplier in the bios or on dipswitches. However, if you don't have this support, you will have to mess around with the L6 bridges. Also with the voltage, your mobo may support it to change it in the Bios. (My board has the voltage and multiplier options in the bios, so it makes it easy).

There are plenty of boards that support multiplier changes now so go that route. It's a lot easier than fiddling with any of the other bridges.
