.. as a law clerk/assistant to the attorney. Should be interesting. I have never been in court as a participant in any way, shape, or form before. (I've observed a couple of proceedings).

Quasi-pro bono case family law case... going to deal with a crappy father.

Haha one day my boss (also an attorney) came into the office in a suit. I asked him if he just came from church cause he never goes to court either

I am in court all the time - The novelty wears off pretty quickly.

Watch and learn the things you should do in court, but, more importantly, learn the things you should NOT do (and for every judge it is different).
