While clubbing is fun, don't take it too seriously. A lot of girls like to play mind games with guys, especially if they can tell that you're nervous. I especially like the ones that stay together in groups but never want to dance. They just sit around talking and giggling with each other. If you don't want to dance, what the fvck are you doing in the club?

People at clubs try so hard to be someone who they aren't. At bars you can actually sit down and hear each other talk....actually have a decent conversation. I met my current GF at a library (best place to pick up chicks in college)

I hear ya...I am more of a Cheers type man myself.

Yes for clarification purposes....

"negro music" = black music

Thought you guys coulda gotten that one......I assume most ppl on here are white (I think computers are more of a white mans thing at this point in society), so I imagine there are quite a few proponents of clubs that I would consider "culturally confused".......that is.....white boys jammin to some Jay-Z....or perhaps some Puff Daddy......ROFL

Girls love someone who can help them out.......go search around for an acceptable chick....usually sitting alone (unlike clubs where you would have to fight through a wall of friends to approach a chick), go sit near her (not beside her or anything), and then just open up some books or something........keep making glances over her way until glances are mutual (easy way to tell if some interest is mutual).......or strike up some small talk if she seems frustrated....possibly offer her some help (BS if you are desperate! LOL i.e. "yea yea i know all about that biochemistry!"), and go from there......VERY good way to meet chicks

To think I thought ATOT was pretty diverse...

Hey what do I know, I'm just a chinese guy out in southeastasia.

To the OP, just relax, and have fun with your friends.
If you have no expectations, going to a club with your friends can really be like going to the mall and chilling out.
Man, I miss clubbing. To think, I met my wife at a club. :)
And she's a high school literature teacher, not very skanky at all. Hehe. We just both happened to like dancing and drinking?

ZOUK OUT!!!

Backing up a few, "Yea, yea, I know a little bit about biochemistry..."

Um... maybe it's just me, but who goes to a club to look for assistance on homework? You know they're all just trying to get some.
