Going back to Costa Rica - Recs on a good medium sized travel backpack

Danielle and I are going back down to Costa Rica in 3 weeks (we went last year, around the same time)... However, this time we will be on our own a bit more (i.e. not driving around with the family that lives down there), and taking public transportation to get to a from (mainly Escazu <-> Manual Antonio by bus)

Any reccomendations on a nice medium sized (don't need anything too big) travel backpack to store 2-3 days worth of clothes?

I often think that i would like to live in costa rica,just drop everything and move. Spent 9 days there a few years ago. Loved it.

Danielle's sister has lived down there for almost 3 years now and loves it... Granted, she did marry a costa rican doctor, so they live the nice life compared to many of the locals...

Beautiful country, friendly people, amazing food, $$$ goes a long way, prolly one of my favorite places to visit in the world.
