Im going to havana in cuba on holidays, im from the UK, and thought this 3 star hotel with a pool was a bargain at only $37.50 a night.

Im staying 2 weeks from dec 10th and thought id share this deal with anyone else who might be interested. I havent booked yet, looking for a better deal. I used a search engine totalstays.com, seems ok to me. Tried expedia and others but they wouldnt give cuban hotel info!! (assuming me to be from US)

Couldn't tell you, as we stayed on a resort (April of 2001). I will tell you not to pack anything of worth in the check in luggage, because those fvcking commie scum pigs ransacked our check in luggage at the airport (either the commie swine or the people in Toronto, and I'm placing bets on the Marxists) relieving us of a camera (with honeymoon pics - no, none were dirty), an irreplaceable watch, and some other stuff.

Taught me two lessons: 1) Don't put things of worth in check in for anywhere, and 2) The cubans who work at the airport suck!
