My cousin said to goto Pleasure Island which is near near Downtown Disney. Tons of great bars there. You have to pay to get in, but there is like 6 bars on a little strip.

Oh God..I just had a flashback of going to Disney World in August. The heat! The crowds! Never again...

Try going to one of the Natural Spring Boils down there for some snorkeling. Blue Springs is excellent, as well as Wekiva or Altamonte Springs. Blue is probably your best bet, and by far the most scenic.

Rent a car and drive out to the Kennedy Space Center (an hour or so drive straight down route 50).

To be honest, this is my favorite thing to do while in Orlando. :)

Orlando has Church Street. It's got plenty of bars. But I would recommend you drive west towards Tampa and spend some time in Ybor City. It's about a 1 1/2 hour drive. If you start out early, you may be able to stop by some unique places such as Fantasy of Flight, Spook Hill, etc.

There is a Casino Boat that leaves out of Ft. Meyers called the Blue Something... it was pretty fun.

Don't know much about bars. There's a somewhat famous one in downtown in Church Street, but last time I went down there on a Saturday night, downtown was dead. We were pretty much all by ourselves at times. Check out Downtown Disney, Universal Citywalk, or Pointe Orlando, there's an active bar/club scene
