Goin' nutz with web browser glitches!!

Hi, all...........hope someone can help me with the following two problems:

1. When I am at a website such as Ebates or chubbywallet, etc. and I click on a link to another site, I get an "Unable to Display Page"
message. I always wind up at the following url - in this case from Ebates:

http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin...bid=0&type=3&u1=ebs22282236sbe&id=AysPbYF8vuM

If I am at chubbywallet the ending of the url is a little bit different, but it always comes up with this same "click.linksynergy.com" link.

I have done a search of my computer and found a whole bunch of items from this place and was able to delete them all but one. I have tried different internet options under the "tools" link, but nothing works. I want to be able to click through to other links, and this one link is preventing me from doing it. Help!!!!!

2. When my link was working ok, whenever I was at a link and connected through to another link for a couple of minutes - when I finished that link and tried another link I got a "time out" notice so I had to close the original link and reopen it. How do you extend the amount of time allowed to visit a link without the original page timing out?

Have you cleaned out your Temporary Internet files lately?

Also, look in the cookies for the cookie's associated with either site and delete them.

If that doesn't help, it just may be your ISP having a caching problem.
