GOG Sale - Tomb Raider/Thief and more

Hey, for anyone who doesn't already own these games, GOG is selling Tombraider 1-3 and Thief 1-3 plus a bunch more games. You might want to check it out at www.gog.com.

Looks like hitman series and Deus Ex are also in the offering. So lots of good stuff.

I just recently completed Thief 3. It really is a masterpiece, i did not realize it years ago and never got very far in it back then.
TombRaider 2 was my favorite of the series, though i could never stand to play those controls in this day n age.

I know a lot of people thought it was dumbed down for the Xbox port, but I did rather enjoy Thief 3. There's something about playing an anti-hero who lines his pockets with anything of value while reluctantly preventing a crazed mutant thing from taking over the world that is rather amusing. Hope Thief 4 actually materializes some day... If Duke Nukem Forever could finally make it to release after all that time, there's hope for Thief 4.

I played all three and thoroughly enjoyed them at the time. I found it a refreshing change from the rambo style of FPS games where you are only limited by the amount of Amo you can find. I definitely prefer the stealthy approach and found the way they implemented Thief to be a definite game changer.

I'd like to see more games designed for one class, the way thief was for thieves - similar games for priests, archers/rangers, and so on. Even mages can use that.

Picked up Tomb Raider 1-6 for $12. Already have most of other games on Steam.
