If you like old school 2D RPGs, then check out Arcanum. I always thought it was better than Fallout.

I actually own that game. Never did get very far, I got stuck on the making the fake newspaper headline part (was before you could google every game ever).
 
Richard & Alice looks like a good, story-driven "To The Moon" type of adventure game. I might pick it up.
