Quite a few of the classics are on sale, looks like it ends on Jan 3. The entire library is discounted, except the stuff that was added this month:

Fallout 1 & 2 $3.89 each
Freespace 1 & 2 $3.89 each
Jagged Alliance 2 $5.99
All 3 of the HOMM games @ $6.99 each

If you have never bought from GOG.com i would say that they are probably the best option as far as being a customer buying a digital copy of a game goes. You create an account, when you purchase a game it is logged in your account. You can download any game you have purchased as many times as you want, the installer file has no sort of drm, and can be installed on multiple computers. If you are stuck at the in-laws and you didnt bring the netbook just jump on thier Compaq with the pIII in it, download HOMM 3, and tune them all out-

Thanks for the heads up, I'll get a few of them, I started with Redneck Rampage, I always wanted to try that one hehe, then I think I'll get Fallout Tactics, never played it.

I got a game from GoG for the first time yesterday. I have to agree that it's completely painless and fast. This is the way digital distribution should be.

I may get Earthworm Jim 1 and 2.

I got them, they're good, the music for the PC version is just superb, much better than the SNES/Genesis versions. But you should be informed (if you're not) that it's also a DOSBox version, both of them, DOSBox is provided in the package but there's a newer version of it at the official DOSBox web-site (0.73), fortunately everything is automated when you click on the game's icon to launch it, no need to manually mount the game in DOSBox. I've read that there's a Windows 95 special edition of both EJ games that don't need DOSBox and have better visuals, but I never saw that version myself. It's still fun nonetheless, I like them both and I completed the first one recently.

Painkiller: Black Edition for $7. <3

I'm a huge fan of GoG's. If they sold new games for $40, I'd buy those too.
