Those type of films are the strongest case for selling alcohol in theatres (for the poor bastards who are dragged to see such crap).

I do dare think Deep Blue Sea and From Justin To Kelly got better than 4%...😕

I thought this movie was going to be so much better than those. Makes me a sad panda 🙁

I hate to say this, but I thought this might be humorus. :-/

Envy's release date had been pushed back several times. The film company knew it had problems.

I was reading some of the reviews there, and wow...not very funny according to them. I guess the trailer had all the laughs.

Not surprising. All the crap product gets pushed out around this time to avoid releasing it in the summer where it would die a much deserved death.

Agree or disagree with him, this little tidbit is one of the reasons I really enjoy reading Roger Ebert's reviews:

Note: That's going to be one crowded DVD. My fellow critic Joe Leydon points me to a story at www.scififx.com reporting that director Hamm shot at least seven alternate endings to the movie, including those in which two different characters are killed two different ways, and little Adam kills everybody. Nothing like covering your bases.

I saw Godsend last night...it was TERRIBLE. They tried way too hard to make it a suspenseful movie, and they included parts that didn't do anything for the plot. The ending was also open-ended and lame. Save your money, don't go see this movie.

Give us a review with spoilers than, so we don't waste our money on this one.

*********SPOILERS AHEAD***********

Here is the plot, for those who do not want to waste their money on this god awful movie. Adam (the kid) dies after being hit by a car. Robert Wells (DeNiro) is an old teacher of the mother, so he approaches the family about the possibility of cloning him. Of course, this does not bode well with the father, so there is about a 15 minute period in the movie that all they do is argue about it. They finally get it done, and it is sucessful. Cut ahead 8 years, the day when the first Adam dies. He starts to have night terrors. Family gets worried. Richard says not to worry. This goes on for awhile, until Adam starts to talk about someone in his dreams named "Zachary Clark". This goes on for awhile, filled in with a few pointless sub-plots, until you the viewer realizes whats going on before it even happens. Richard had a son named Zachary, who set his school on fire, killed his mother, set his house on fire, and died. Richard wanted to bring part of him back, so he put him in Adams clone, since he did not have the procedure perfected at the time when Zachary died. Then Adam and his family move somewhere, yet Adam still has these nightmares. The end. No closure. No resolve. Nothing..just "the end". Terrible terrible movie.
