i never really relied on anything other than chatting w/ trillian. the other features have always been a little flaky. i never got direct connects to work in the past... but recently, they started working for me.

Same here. I always try to give it a try but if it doesn't work when I need it to...

this why you make sure the file transfer works ahead of time with some innocent files or something....can be hard to get the different clients to play nice together, and if you upgraded that may have affected settings...always have to check firewall/router stuff too.

that said I can usually transfer files with any client...but I'm still using Trillian 0.74i 🙂

lol, no 23. She's 23 also. I've known this girl all throughout college. I'm not bragging here, though is does seem like some of you are.... jealous 😛, I was just venting some frustration.
