I bought a pair of Rockport boots, I get home (half hour away from the mall), and I see that the dude gave me two right boots. Now I have to go drive back and exchange them. :|

Yes, but when I went to pay for them he went to the back to get the box, apparently he switched the shoe too. I have no idea why, I'm sure it was unintentional.

Rockport makes good stuff. Two bad Macys messed up though.

Didn't you try em on before you bought em? Normally before I purchase shoes I either try em on or check to make sure they're correct (size, 1L 1R, laces, etc).

psh, I had to drive an hour each way to Fry's 3 consecutive days because they sold me defective products!
