Goddamn company website are impossible to apply for jobs on

Half the time the sites are laid out so fricking poorly that you cant find a way to apply for a job, the other half of the time you have to wade through so many goddamn java forms that its not even worth it. Can anyone explain why you need to fill out a section for work experience and education after they have you cut and paste your whole blank text resume in their lame ass forms?
