Godaddy Problems with Javascript

I just transferred my Domain from teh netfirms hosting deal I got last year...

I finally got my site content back up but when I browse my site, I get a login prompt to the stats application that they have installed by default. I contacted them about this and they said to refer to the FAQ section.

I searched throughout and couldnt find anything of value. Anyway, why would I be experiencing this?

By the way, I have the free hosting plan that has the banner advertisements at the top. Help is appreciated. Thanks!

I fixed the login screens... turns out I was referring in code to an old directory in my stats path (which was password protected)...

anyway, does anyone else have any issues with godaddy hosting and not executing javascript properly? Seems like the presence of the banner affects how the page's javascript executes. Not sure.
