yesterday we had a derby party
smoked duck
smoked brisket
smoked gouda and cheddar and goat cheese
smoked fresh sausage, beef sausage and chorizo
homemade bread for home made pimento cheese sandwiches
and homemade bread for drizzling 8 oils and vinegars
and mint juleps
and a bourbon-rosemary-ginger lemonade
and fall off the bone pork ribs
and home made cornflake-cookie-bourbon-ice cream.

but yeah, baked burgers and veggie soup are probably pretty good, too.
/had to tell someone somewhere.

I'm just not a Dr P fan to begin with :)

I can't be critical, just drinking Miller Lite and thawing out a porterhouse here.

The wife picking up some Black & Tan.

Baking brownies today. In celebration of Cinco de Mayo (May 5th), I'll add some Mexican vanilla and cayenne pepper to spice things up!

Next Sunday (Mother's Day)... hope to bake Red Velvet Cupcakes, which usually look like this...

The following week (for 'It’s I Love Reese’s® Day", May 18), baking a Reese's Peanut Butter cheesecake made with Oreo crust, with a thin layer of creamy peanut butter between the crust and filling.

This I not for indoor use however its inexpensive, small and works pretty well. Used one at my old apartment for years.

So what are you programming in your free time? Sometimes when I'm in the mood I program in my free time as well.

I am figuring out how to get the I2S hardware to function to get sound out of a microcontroller. The more i learn about programming and dma, the better i can use it. It will read various wave files from an sd card and play them in random order.

Oh cool, which microcontroller are you using?

I had heard of I²C but I hadn't heard of I²S until you just now mentioned it. So I had to look up what it was. From what I read I²C is 2 wire bidirectional general or multi-purpose bus for transferring data and I²S is a 3 wire unidirectional bus for audio streaming.
