Yup...they all just closed a few months ago in many locations. There are no more in the DC area either. You should be able to use it online. They are always having sales too.

I also say sell it, maybe for 90 cents per dollar on the card. It's effectively free money (a few dollars anyway) to anyone who lives near a CompUSA. Since it's not worth that much to you now, cash would be more useful - it's a gift certificate redeemable at any business.
