GOD MODE in Arx Fatalis - pay you to do it.

Well, Girlfriend has asked me to get her game inot God Mode....

I searched for instructions on the net and found this

HEX CHEATS
With a hex editor open arx.exe (make a backup first!!) and make the following modifications:
God Mode
Search for hexa D9 1D EC 10 94 00 Offset 00032460; replace with 90 90 90 90 90 90
No Hungry effect
Search for hexa D9 1D EC 10 94 00 Offset 000bFE1A; replace with 90 90 90 90 90 90

So... I tried ... and I tried..... and I tried..... but I could not find "D9 1D EC 10 94 00" ANYWHERE in the .exe file.
I even went to Offset 00032460 and it wasn't there like it is supposed to be.

I will pay you to edit the .exe or to send me a patch or something that puts this game into God Mode. I just bought the game on Saturday from Best Buy - so I am the legal owner .. sort of

P.S. If this is totally against the rules then I apologize and will delete this and we can both act like it never happened

Are you using a Hex editor or a text editor like Notepad?

are those cheats specific to a certain update version? if you haven't updated, you might or if you updated you might want to try the original exe. just a thought.

conflict desert storm is the same way to get godmod, and i got it to work with a hex editor

I believe they might just be tied to a specific update. The game has been out for a few months and I may have received the newest version.

There is an update available that I will install today or tomorrow and open the exe again to see what I can find.
