God I love autumn.

My windows are open for the first time since May and the A/C is off. Not much of a breeze and it's like 76 in here, so the computers are a little warm.

I don't mind autumn too much, though I wish it was a bit warmer and less windy (at least where I live). The colors are nice when the leaves change, especially up where I used to go to school.

The difference between this and winter here is shorter days and cooler nights. We're talking like 40s-mid 30s at night on the coldest days. I do like the rain though. I wish it would rain more here.

Sure doesn't feel like autum, it's been 80F here all week, although the nights are in the fifties, AND I just over seeded a bunch of my lawn (argh!)

If this stuff doesn't germinate from the high temps I'll be pissed that I just threw $100 away.

It is about 27 here right now ... fahrenheit too. It is dipping below freezing these days, and the leaves are almost gone. :thumbsdown: for living in northern Canada just before winter. All the gorgeous colours have faded too.

I used to love fall/autumn as well.

Now I hate it. I really really miss riding my kawaski standup jetskis and yearn for march/april to return so i can once again head out to the lake. At 33 yrs old, I'm not getting any younger.

In fact, this weekend might be one of the last of the year since i go oncall for 2 weeks starting next weekend.

I love this weather too! Fall and Winter (preferably winter) are my months.
