God damnit, who started designing monitors that no longer support VGA spec?

640x480, 60Hz / 31.5KHz.

One of the original VGA spec resolutions. Also the resolution a Dreamcast outputs.

And neither my 19" (Viewsonic) or 17" (Sony) support it. I had to go dust off an old 17" Compaq in order to get my old-school game on.

What f*ckin' moron designed this?

Dreamcast was an awesome system.

Get a VGA cable. You're missing out.

Yeah, I realise I'd get higher res. out of it with a VGA box.

Haven't found one yet, though. :(
